Ubuntu software center¶

AMC can be installed from Ubuntu's Software Center, but be careful to install the auto-multiple-choice package, and not only the auto-multiple-choice-common package.

Right package¶

Type auto-multiple-choice in the search box, and you will get the right package:

Partial install¶

From Ubuntu 12.10, if you type AMC, you will get the wrong package (even if it seems more relevant because of the AMC logo): you will install only a part of AMC files, and automatic data capture won't work!

Command line¶

If unsure, you can always install AMC from a terminal, typing

sudo apt-get install auto-multiple-choice
