Description

There is probably a simple answer to this, but I haven't been able to figure it out so far.

I gave my first AMC test for a new class, and 107 students show up instead of the 90 I expected (I was given incorrect enrollment figures). So I reprint the first 20 copies of the test, and give the remaining students a make-up opportunity. Question: How do I grade the repeat 17 tests? Can I just enter the scanned answer sheets? Or would that erase existing entries? Should I just copy the existing project directory and work in that one? Or what?

Please advise and thank you,

Piet Martens

So I reprint the first 20 copies of the test

Maybe you can also change the number of copies from the GUI, and build again the documents and print from 91 to 107… after a backup archive of the project directory. But this takes a little time.

How do I grade the repeat 17 tests?

  1. If you have only one page with boxes to tick (small exam, or use of the separate answer sheet), you can simply feed AMC with the scans using the photocopy mode
  2. You can clone the project, and grade the 17 tests with the clone.
