Manual Correction Interfcae Does Not Scroll When Maximised (Bug #614)

Hello,

I installed 1.4.0 rc2 yesterday from the AMC package repository on a fresh in stall of Ubuntu 18.04.

I have found that when I maximise the manual correction window, either there is no scroll bar so I cannot scroll down, or if the the scroll bar appears, scrolling to the bottom of the window does not scroll to the bottom of the displayed sheet.

Steps to repeat:
1. Scan forms for processing and do an automatic data capture.
2. After a successful capture, click on 'manual' to manually check the capture.
3. Maximise the manual capture window and attempt to scroll to the bottom of the form displayed. I find you cannot scroll all the way down, only around 50% of the way down.

Expected behaviour:
To be able to scroll to the bottom of the form.

Workaround:
Do not maximise the form. Scrolling seems to work as expected then.
