Bug caused by the use of accents (Bug #545)

Description

I met a bug using an example given by the website in french "Préremplies-ensemble.tex".
Everything was fine exempt the Export of student results that gave the message attached to this bug report.
The problem came from the name using accents in the settings. Everything went back to normal after changing "Préremplies-ensemble.tex" to "Preremplies-ensemble.tex" in Parameters > Project > Code

It is not important but it took me some time to understand where the problem was coming from and only found thanks to Maël Valais from GitHub. I use Mac OS High Sierra
