add percentage in the table (Feature #52)

Description

please, Add a column to the percentage in the table of results (in csv and odt).
There is the percentage for each question, but there is no percentage of the total degree of the student.

Perhaps you can set the value "Preferences/Project/Global mark rules/Maximal mark" to 100, so that the marks of the students are percentages?
