Comment package is incompatible (Bug #419)

I had some problems with AMC today and it took me quite some time to figure out that the comment package is not working properly.

Replicate:
1. Create new project from templates (I used the EN separate answer sheets)
2. Update documents, works fine (as intended)
3. Edit source, add \usepackage{comment} in one of the first lines (I used 5) and add \begin{comment}test\end{comment} to the \onecopy or \begin{examcopy} content, I added it to line 53
4. Update documents, get multiple errors and it doesn't compile properly and thus one can't use AMC as long as this environment is used.

The error (once for each created copy):
ERR>Paragraph ended before \xComment was complete.
ERR>Extra }, or forgotten \endgroup.

Tested under version 1.3.0+hg2016-03-21 (checked out from bitbucket and compiled) and the most recent version compiled from source.
