printing seams to hang after producing last exam (Bug #123)

Description

Today I noticed that printing seems to hang after printing the last page.
I use separate answer sheets.
The version I tested with is 1.1.1267-1, built locally from svn on 2012-12-31.
I will update, build again and restest.

In revision 1287 the problem is gone. You may close this one I think.
