i can't used launchpad amc test:

and when i dawnloaded amc 1267 manually , i can't istalled it because amc used libopencv-core2.3 but ubuntu raring used libopencv-core2.4.
maybe u must updating libopencv-core to 2.4 before version 1.2 .

AMC does not depend on a particular OpenCV version before you compile it. But if you get compiled AMC package from say Ubuntu 12.10, it is linked against OpenCV 2.3 so you have to use it with OpenCV 2.3
I sent AMC to be compiled on Ubuntu raring in the test PPA, it should be available shortly.

but verstion 1287 got this error :

/var/cache/apt/archives/auto-multiple-choice_1.1.1287-5_amd64.deb: trying to overwrite '/usr/lib/AMC/perl/AMC-gui-cleanup.glade', which is also in package auto-multiple-choice-common 1.1.1-2build2

Yes, you have to uninstall auto-multiple-choice-common and auto-multiple-choice-doc from Ubuntu repository before installing AMC from the PPA.
