displaying an example checkbox how to fill / correct

Hi,
I want to display an example checkbox that tells the reader how to check the box and how to correct one. I want to use cross for checking and fillout for correcting.
So is there a way to display a checked and a filled out checkbox in the same style as AMC's checkboxes?

I forgot the command : \QuestionIndicative
