How can students instructions be added to the \AMCnumericChoices box?

I've been trying with all \AMCntext options in the user guide, and read the explanations one time and another without success.

Not easy. Maybe you can use a AMCnumericChoices dry box with instructions at the beginning of your subject.

No idea of how to do it or what a dry box is.
