Problem with reading scans (Bug #809)

Description

When I indicate AMC to capture the data on the scanned files, it returns the following error:

Warning: unable to close filehandle GEN9 properly: Broken pipe at /usr/local/Cellar/auto-multiple-choice/1.5.0/libexec/lib/perl5/AMC/Subprocess.pm line 115, <GEN10> line 4 during global destruction.
libc++abi: terminating with uncaught exception of type cv::Exception: OpenCV(4.5.4)

and then no scan is recognized.

I installed AMC using homebrew on a mac running Monterey and also in a another mac using Big Sur and the problem is the same. I cannot grade the exams...
