GUI does not show some Japanese messages correctly (Bug #174)

Description

Attached images are screenshots of Japanese GUI.
First two images shows garbled characters in progress bar area instead of Japanese message. They are both displayed in AMC-getimages.pl.
On the other hand, the last image show Japanese message correctly.
