I have been using AMC in the last years and I am really happy about it. One feature that at the moment I miss is the possibility to edit the pdf during a manual correction. This could be simply achieve by giving the possibility to open the scanned pdf/tiff with an external viewer. Together with the buttons "Back" and "Forward" it shouldn't be too difficult to add a button "Open" to let the user open the associated file with an external editor.
This can be important to add specific text notes on papers (using for example acrobat reader or other pdf editors).

I don't know if this is the right place to post this comment as it is more a suggestion.
