Question order randomness with the same source file

A question for confirmation as it could be very useful in my case. I read that questions and answers are generated from a seed, so not technically randomly.

So, if I use the same source.txt in two seperate projects, and for one project I generate say 75 exams and for the other 100 exams, will the first 75 exams of each project will be exactly the same ?

i.e. for a given source.txt, exam paper x is the same for any number of generated exam papers ?
