Extra comma in libreoffice exported file

Hi,
thanks for a fantastic piece of software!
I have a small problem with the exported libreoffice file.
The student number has an extra citation character in the beginning (see attached image).

It is easy to solve, I just copy the column to a text editor and paste it back and it disappears.

But I am curious as to why this appears in the first place, and if I can get rid of it?

The displayed '76495 (instead of 76495) means that the cell content is a string (and not a number), but the content is the same.
Do you need numbers instead?
