can i make a form with A6 size (A4 = 4 A6)?

It's possible.

With A6, there is not so much room inside to put questions. You can reduce margins a little, but be careful that the four circle marks must be printed (don't place them in the printer margins), and must be present on the scans (this might be difficult if the scan has some margins, or if the pages are not well positioned in the scan).

Also note that A6 completed answer sheets have to be scanned in A6. Scanning them in A4 (with a lot of blank space around) will lead to problems with automatic data capture in AMC.

i mean this saves a lot of money in small tests.
in the small test (like weekly Quiz), i don't need more than 10 Quastion.

That is good. I just wanted to point out that the scan must also be an A6 scan, not an A4 scan with the A6 page in the middle or at the corner of it.
