Excellent. You can also change the lines

\includegraphics[height=3cm,width=2cm]{elephant.jpg}

to
\vbox to 3cm{\vfill\includegraphics[height=3cm,width=2cm,keepaspectratio]{elephant.jpg}\vfill}

so that the pictures are not distorted.
