black or in negative annotated jpg files on AMC 1.2.1 (stable)

May I know what I am doing wrong?
I created a project, fed in DOC-corrige.pdf -- everything ok -- but annotation files is in "negative" and also layout
detection is poor.

layout detection is poor.

I think DOC-corrige has not the exact same layout as the subject (see cr/page-1-2.jpg in your archive).
You should compile your source file with indivanswers package option for your purpose.

annotation files is in "negative"

It seems that PDF->png conversion leads to transparent background (see files in the scans subdirectory), and that this transparent background is set to black while annotating.
This should be corrected, however with real scans, this won happen.
