I've been racking my brain as to why I couldn't export to LibreOffice with Ubuntu 22.04.
With Ubuntu 18.04 I didn't have this problem.

Solution:
Close AMC
Open terminal
type:

export HOME=/opt/fhir-services

Open AMC

Solved!

PS: I suspect it's due LibreOffice being a Snap.
I hope it helps someone else.
