How to get rid of four scanner guide marks in the corners of the page? (for question pages only}
Added by Nikola Z. Guscic over 11 years ago
I am using a separate answer sheet for the exam. However I still get four black circles in the corners of the page that serve to guide the scanner.
I would like to get rid of the scanner guide circles in the question section and just have them appear on the separate answer sheet.
If possible, I would like to set-up pages with the exam body (question sheets) and the answer sheet separately. The sheets with questions would use 'fullpage' option, basically squeezing the margins to the minimum. The answer sheet would use standard page set-up.
Is this possible with AMC?
Thanks,
Niko

To remove corner marks from the question, use the automarks
package option in the LaTeX source file.
However, the margins remains large: you need to rewrite the AMCpageFull
page style to get the desired result.

Thank you for the answer, I have added option 'automarks'
\usepackage[box,completemulti,separateanswersheet,automarks]{automultiplechoice}
but I keep getting LaTex error message when I try to compile.
! LaTeX Error: Unknown option `automarks' for package `automultiplechoice'.
Any ideas what might be wrong? I am using AMC on Ubuntu 13.04, I installed it through Ubuntu Software Center.

You have to install a newer version of AMC (for example with AMC PPA).
