please can i make or create border around text or page or image with symbol (not with line), by bbding packege or any latex symbols.

For "pure LaTeX" questions (that are not related to the use of the AMC package), you can also find some help on various LaTeX QA/forums, like http://tex.stackexchange.com/, where many beginner and experienced LaTeX users go...
