I've been evaluating AMC and was wondering if there is an out-of-box way to display several questions (along the vertical) with a set of common answers (along the horizontal) in a grid. For example something like this:

I didn't find anything that would suite my needs in the documentation and assume that I would need to utilize the choicescustom environment.
