Dependencies for make all_precomp

Hello:

I'm trying to use the precompiled sources for version 1.3 in ubuntu 18.04.

The README says

  1. Check for dependencies (you can find them as debian packages in
  2. Build-Depends from debian/control)

but I don't understand that sentence, and I cannot find that dependency list.

Can anyone help?

I solved my problem otherwise, but I still think the list of dependencies could be easier to find.

The file has moved to ppa/control: I have to update the README.
