GUI inaccessible. Please help!

Added by s k about 10 years ago

Hello everybody!

I'm a new here.
My idea is to take quizzes for my students on bubble sheets.

I installed AMC on Ubuntu 12.04 LTS running on Virtualbox on Windows 7.
I installed it using Ubuntu repository with $sudo apt-get install auto-multiple-choice.
However I am getting an inaccessible, grayed out GUI as seen in the screenshot attached to this post.

Please let me know the solution. Did I install AMC in the correct way?

Anyways, it turns out that I was quite confused about using Ubuntu inside Windows which made me to forget the menu bar at the top in the Ubuntu!

Anyways, now Please help me to prepare a template of 60 bubbles as I am new in LateX as you might have guessed. My idea is to make a seperate bubble answer sheet of 60 x 4 bubbles. I will give a seperate Questionnaire to my students.
Also guide me with the workflow which I (not-so-IT guy) can follow to conduct the test. Can I add barcode or QR code which AMC can read? How to do you distinguish between answer sheets of students?
