no icon in unity bar

after i installed AMC 1.1 in ubuntu 12.04, i am not seen amc icon in the left bar.

You could ad it yourselves. Click on the top left ubuntu symbol, type aut and Auto Multiple Choice will appear.
Drag it to the left bar in the position and there you go.
