Unable to run AMC on MacBookAIr M1 ventura

Added by Bénédicte Durand 8 months ago

Hello,

I am a complete begginer in using terminal on my mac but I managed to install AMC and open a project and edit a source file (using a validated template from another user) but it does not run further: I have the message below on my terminal when I want to create the document (and the AMC window says no "working document"). Do you have any suggestion on how to solve this?
Thanks and sorry if this is an easy solving problem!

Bénédicte

Can you post the source file?
The message says that with this source file, you should use the latex engine xelatex instead of pdflatex (see Preferences/Project/External commands/LaTeX engine)..

I changed the preferences and indeed it looks like working by changing to lualatex (also xelatex!)
Many thanks!
