I'm the maintainer on the AMC port under MacPorts and the associated documentation.

In May 2022 I will retire. From that moment, I won't have access to the machines that allow me to test different versions of macOS, I won't have my office neighbors asking me why it doesn't work anymore. Plus I'll have way too many new activities and I'll be away from the screens a bit.

So if there are any volunteers to take over, they are welcome.
